This is a fully-featured escape room game that runs entirely in your browser. Choose from 5 themed rooms — an office, a laboratory, a haunted manor, a space station, and a vault — each with its own unique set of puzzles, storyline, and visual atmosphere. No app downloads, no sign-ups, and no time limits that force you to restart.

Each room contains 5 to 8 sequential puzzles that build on each other. Solve one to unlock the next, collecting clues along the way. The final puzzle in every room uses elements from all your previous answers, creating a satisfying conclusion that rewards careful attention throughout.

The game features 8 different puzzle types: code locks with numerical combinations, word puzzles with ciphers and riddles, math calculations, sequence ordering, pattern matching on grids, hidden object searches, logic deduction, and Simon-says memory sequences. Every puzzle is deterministic — the same clues always lead to the same answer — so you can fairly compare times with friends.

Read every clue carefully: Each puzzle provides all the information needed to find the answer. Clues are sometimes embedded in narrative text, so pay attention to details like numbers, names, and descriptions. Nothing requires outside knowledge beyond basic math and the English alphabet.

Remember your answers: Final puzzles in each room reference previous puzzle answers. Keep mental (or physical) notes of key numbers, words, and counts as you progress through the room.

Use hints strategically: Each puzzle offers three hint levels, from vague to nearly giving the answer. Using zero hints earns 3 stars. Only your first hint usage per puzzle counts against your score, so once you have used one hint, you may as well read all three if you need them.

Start with easier rooms: The Office is designed as a warm-up with 5 straightforward puzzles. The Laboratory and Haunted Manor add more variety and complexity. The Space Station and Vault are for experienced puzzle solvers who want a real challenge with 7-8 puzzles each.

The Office (Easy): A corporate after-hours escape with desk locks, computer passwords, and elevator puzzles. Perfect for beginners. 5 puzzles, typically completed in 10-15 minutes.

The Laboratory (Medium): A chemical containment lockdown featuring periodic table codes, molecular patterns, Caesar ciphers, and beaker mixing sequences. 6 puzzles, typically 15-20 minutes.

Haunted Manor (Medium): A gothic ghost story with mirror riddles, hidden keys, portrait sorting, and seance logic. The dark purple atmosphere adds to the challenge. 6 puzzles, typically 15-20 minutes.

Space Station (Hard): A sci-fi emergency repair mission with binary code, star navigation, trajectory math, and NATO alphabet decoding. 7 puzzles, typically 20-30 minutes.

The Vault (Hard): A high-security heist with camera timestamps, laser grids, gem logic, double ciphers, and a 7-step dial sequence. The longest room at 8 puzzles, typically 25-35 minutes.
