Terms of Service

Welcome to EveryFreeTool. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of everyfreetool.com and the tools, services, and Pro subscription we offer (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Some features (such as the Pro subscription, Scheduling Pages, eSign, Form Builder, and Link in Bio) require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at support@everyfreetool.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. The Free Tools

Most tools on EveryFreeTool are free and available without an account. You may use them for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to impose reasonable rate limits to prevent abuse and to maintain quality of service.

Content You Create

Content you create using our tools (documents, forms, bio pages, presentations, etc.) remains yours. We do not claim ownership. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload, process, and distribute the content you use with our tools.

AI-Powered Tools

Some tools use AI to generate content (text, images, summaries, etc.). AI output is provided "as is" and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying AI-generated content before use. AI features for free users are powered by open-source models (Llama). AI features for Pro subscribers are upgraded to Claude AI. We may change AI providers at our discretion.

3. Pro Subscription

Billing

Pro costs $8.99 USD per month, billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain Pro access until that date. We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you believe you have been charged in error, email support@everyfreetool.com and we will review on a case-by-case basis.

Pro Features

Pro includes access to premium tools (currently: eSign, Form Builder, Scheduling Pages, Link in Bio), unlimited AI usage with Claude, and removal of rate limits on AI tools. The specific set of Pro features may change over time; we will give reasonable notice before removing features that are material to your subscription.

5. Third-Party Services

EveryFreeTool integrates with third-party services, including Google (for Calendar OAuth), Stripe (for payments), and others. Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services.

6. Intellectual Property

The EveryFreeTool name, logo, and the Site's design, code, and underlying tools (excluding content you create) are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Tools that produce output (calculators, converters, AI generators, etc.) are for informational and productivity purposes. You should not rely on our tools for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Always verify important results independently.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EVERYFREETOOL AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EveryFreeTool and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violations of these Terms, for abuse, for prolonged inactivity, or at our discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you by email or a Site notice. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
