Yes for new forms. Publishing requires a free EveryFreeTool account so your submissions can be associated with you and the Free plan limits can be enforced fairly. Existing forms created before this policy keep working.
Yes. Show or hide any field based on answers to previous questions. Supports equals, not equals, contains, empty, and not empty conditions.
