What Is the Free Form Builder?

A drag and drop form builder with 20+ field types, file uploads, conditional logic, and a real-time results dashboard with charts and CSV export. The Free plan covers most personal and small-team use: 2 active forms and 50 submissions per form per month. If you need more volume or want to remove the small EveryFreeTool footer on shared forms, EveryFreeTool Pro lifts every limit for $8.99/month. Compare that to Typeform, where the free plan caps 10 responses per month, or Jotform, which limits free users to 100 submissions across 5 forms. Most users never hit our Free plan ceiling.

How to Use

Pick a template or start blank. Click field types on the left to add questions. Click any field to edit its label, description, options, and validation rules. Set up conditional logic to show or hide fields based on answers. When ready, click Publish to get a shareable link. Send the link to respondents and watch results come in on your dashboard, complete with summary charts and CSV export.

What does the Pro upgrade include?
