The headline difference: Calendly's free plan caps you at one event type. If you want a 30-minute intro call AND a 60-minute working session, you need to pay. EveryFreeTool's free plan gives you one full scheduling page where you can define unlimited meeting types within that page. For solo professionals running a single booking surface, that distinction alone is the deciding factor.

Calendar Sync

Both support live two-way Google Calendar sync on their free tiers. EveryFreeTool's free plan supports 1 connected Google Calendar (read availability + auto-create events). Calendly's free plan also supports 1 calendar but only 1 event type to use it with. Apple Calendar and Outlook integration: Calendly supports both natively on paid plans. EveryFreeTool currently only supports Google Calendar live sync; Apple and Outlook users can still receive .ics attachments via email confirmations, which most calendar apps add with one click.

Booking Page Customization

Calendly: Decent. You can pick a brand color, add a profile photo, write a headline. Removing the Calendly logo requires the paid plan.
